WOULD YOU LIKE TO SING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM AT GRANDVIEW?
BECHTELSVILLE, PA March 12, 2015 . . . Wanted, a few good singers. Grandview Speedway is looking for singers that would like to sing the National Anthem at Saturday night NASCAR stock car racing events during the 2015 season.
“In recent years we have relied heavily on the talents of Keith Gerhart to sing the National Anthem and he has done a wonderful job,” said track marketing manager Ernie Saxton. “However with his tight schedule we want to welcome others to showcase their talents to the thousands of fans that attend the Saturday night racing events.”
Interested parties, preferably singers with experience, should be in touch with Tina Rogers at tmm0327@dejazzd.com or Ernie Saxton at esaxton144@aol.com.
Again this year the talented Low, Down and Dirty radio show personnel will handle the weekly meet and greets that have proven so popular with race fans. The meet and greets give fans the opportunity to meet the racers, collect autographs, take photos or have their photos taken with racers and get an up-close look at the various race cars on display.
Low, Down and Dirty is the popular Internet radio show that can be heard on Tuesday nights and gives listeners the opportunity to hear the latest auto racing news and features interviews with some of the popular figures in the sport.
Race teams are being asked to contact track marketing manager Ernie Saxton so that they can be provided with a questionnaire to be completed so that the latest team information is available. Much of the information will be used in track publicity efforts which will result in increased media exposure for the team and their sponsors.
Contact Ernie Saxton at Esaxton144@aol.com or telephone 267.934.7286.
