Oswego Classic Can Am-Camping Group to Present Last Car Running Bonus to Supermodified, SBS Competitors on Budweiser International Classic Weekend

OSWEGO, NY (August 24, 2017) – It’s a busy time of year as Oswego Speedway continues to reveal Budweiser International Classic 200 and Bud Light SBS Classic 75 contingencies and bonuses before on-track action gets underway with the 61st Annual Classic Week next Friday.

For the third year in a row, Oswego Classic Can-Am Camping Group is back onboard to present $700 in bonuses in memory of Norm and Vi Helbock.

A $300 ‘Last Car Running’ bonus will be awarded to the last car running at the conclusion of the Budweiser International Classic 200 for Supermodifieds along with a $200 ‘Last Car Running’ bonus to the last car running at the conclusion of the Bud Light Classic 75, both on Sunday, September
3.

Can-Am Camping Group will also award the Highest Finishing Canadian in the Budweiser International Classic 200 with a $200 bonus.

Over $15,000 in bonuses and contingencies will be distributed throughout the Budweiser International Classic 200, with a full list expected in the near future. Over $3,000 in bonuses and contingencies will be distributed to drivers set to compete in the Bud Light SBS Classic 75.

As of August 24, large fields are again expected for both divisions, with 28 Supermodifieds and 31 Small Block Supers already pre-registered.

Classic Weekend action gets started on Friday, September 1 as Central New York Chevy Dealers ‘Pole Day’ Qualifying will take place for the Supermodifieds and Small Block Supers, with the top ten SBS drivers being locked into the big dance, while the first eighteen fastest qualifiers
will have the chance to automatically reserve their spot in the richest and most prestigious Supermodified race in the world.
