DIRTCAR SUPER DIRT SERIES EVENT QUICKLY APPROACHING AT FIVE MILE POINT SPEEDWAY

SHAKELTON AUTO & TRUCK CENTERS SIGNS ON AS PRESENTING EVENT SPONSOR FOR HUGE MODIFIED EVENT AT FMP.

KIRKWOOD, NY.- June 28, 2016-The biggest event of the 2016 Five Mile Point Speedway racing season is just around the corner with the running of the Super DIRTCar Series for Modifieds on Tuesday, July 12th.  Shakelton Auto & Truck Centers has just signed on as the presenting sponsor of the huge Modified special at the quarter mile oval.  Racing on that night will begin at 7:15 p.m.  Like last year, a rain date has been reserved for the next day Wednesday, July 13th if needed.

Shakelton Auto & Truck Centers are official NAPA parts stores throughout the northeast and a big partner with the annual Super Dirt Week for DIRTCar Modifieds each fall.  George Shakleton, the owner of Shakelton Auto & Truck Centers sponsors several race teams throughout the northeast including DIRTCar Modified star Danny Johnson.

The Shakelton Auto & Truck Centers name can also be found on the car of weekly Five Mile Point Speedway Modified talent Anthony Perrego.  The new association for Shakelton Auto & Truck Centers is a natural fit at Five Mile Point Speedway with the upcoming Super DIRTCar Series Modified special on Tuesday, July 12th.
