New Egypt, NJ – It’s a two-wheel weekend this coming weekend October 19th and 20th at New Egypt Speedway as we have two Motorcycle related events on the docket.

First on Saturday, October 19th it will be Flat Track Under The Lights as AMA District 6 invades New Egypt Speedway for the second time in 2019. The first event back on July 21st fielded 75 bikes in the pit area, which wasn’t bad for a 113-degree day, after hearing how well lit the New Egypt Speedway was, everyone wanted to come back under the lights which is exactly what we did. Pit gates will open at 1pm on Saturday; grandstands will open at 4pm with racing beginning at 5pm on Saturday night. Adult (16+) admission is $20, Seniors (65+) are $18 with Teens (12-15) & Military w/ID being $10 and as always Kids 11 & Under are FREE!

Then the following day on Sunday, October 20th it will be our eighth and final Central Jersey Motorcycle Swap Meet and Bike Show of 2019. There will be eleven categories in the bike show. Categories for the bike show include Best Bagger, Best Big Twin, Best Vintage, Best Chopper, Best Custom, Best British, Best Euro, Best Japanese, Best Racer, Best Sportster and Peoples Choice.

Spaces are $15 per space, it is absolutely free to browse and the gates open at 8am on Sunday!

Our on track activity ends for 2019 on Saturday October 26th with the 7th Annual All Star Cup Shootout which pays $6,000 to win and $400 to start the 60-lap Big Block vs. Small Block Modified event. Completing the card that night will be the Northeast Wingless Sprint Cars, Open Sportsman and Crate Modifieds. Racing will begin at 6pm on the 26th.

New Egypt Speedway, which is New Jersey’s premier dirt racing facility, is located on Route 539 just minutes from Six Flags Great Adventure and the New Jersey Turnpike. A racy 7/16-mile D-shaped dirt oval, New Egypt Speedway serves Garden State race fans with some of the best competition in the country. New Egypt’s state-of-the-art facilities feature daylight-quality lighting and excellent sightlines from any seat in the house. The grandstands are fully wheelchair accessible with wide, clear, and well-groomed walkways. Concession facilities serve up everything from Jersey Burgers to ice cream treats at family-friendly prices.
