Turkey Derby XLII Schedule Announced
The schedule for the annual festival of speed held on Thanksgiving weekend known as Turkey Derby at Wall Stadium has been released.
The 42nd Annual Turkey Derby will be held on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday November 27th, 28th, and 29th.
Competing divisions on Friday include the Sportsman going in a 50-Lap distance, the Legend Cars going battle for 30 laps on the high banks, along with the Factory Stocks and 4-Cylinders both competing in 40-Lap Features.
Saturday’s divisions will again be headlined by the Tour-Type Modifieds competing in a 150-Lap $5,000 to win main event. The Wall/SK Modifieds will battle in a 100-lapper also paying $5,000 to win. The ever so exciting dirt modifieds will be back going for 50 laps, along with the Limited Late Models and ATQMRA TQ Midgets being held on the inner oval.
Sunday will feature the Legend Cars returning for a 40-lap feature, the Factory Stocks going to post for 50 laps, the 4-Cylinders will hold a 60 lap feature and the Truck’s are returning to Wall for the first time in a long time in a 25 lap main event. Capping off Sunday will be a Demolition Derby.
