Test & Tune this Saturday, Opening Night next Friday The Infield Scoreboard is back and better than ever! FlyBy Fueled by Turners and other rules updates for 2015

Sarver, PA (April 9, 2015) After a long and often brutal winter, Lernerville Speedway is ready to put the action back into the track! And after two car shows last month, the cars and stars of Fab Four Racing Fueled by Turner�s Premium Iced Teas will resume on-track activities this Saturday, April 11 with our annual Test & Tune Practice Session and Tech Day from 12:00-4:00PM.

In addition to rotating hot lap sessions for all divisions, drivers can complete their 2015 paperwork and pass their cars through tech inspection in advance of Opening Night. The driver registration packet can be printed from our website (Lernerville.com) by clicking the �DOWNLOAD� tab on the top right-hand side of our homepage. Gates open at 11:00AM and pit passes are $20 for DIRTcar members and $30 for non-members, but General Admission is still FREE for fans of all ages!

Fab Four Racing Fueled by Turner�s Premium Iced Teas Opening Night 2015 is scheduled for next Friday, April 17 with Budweiser Points and the $1,000 Fueled by Turner�s Feature Wins Leader bonus program on the line from the drop of the first green flag. A leaderboard for the driver bonus program will be on display near the pit board and in the midway near the concession stand.

If you don�t follow us on social networking, first and foremost shame on you and second, the infield scoreboard is back and better than ever; now showing 10 positions instead of five and is now linked to MyLaps timing and scoring. We�d like to thank everyone for their patience with the lengthy replacement process, but good things come to those who wait!

Updated rules for all Fab Four divisions are also posted on the DOWNLOADS page at Lernerville.com. The only changes to divisional rules are the addition of a Hoosier H-R 15 tire and King Pin Tethers for the Peoples TWP DIRTcar Sprints; 2015 will be the final year for the Hoosier LM10 tire in the Precise Racing Products DIRTcar Late Models and Millerstown Pic-A-Part DIRTcar Sportsman; and any 358 cubic inch Small Block pumping less than 364 cubic inch must weigh 2500 pounds after the race with driver in the Diehl Automotive DIRTcar Northeast Modifieds.

There are also a few updates to General Track Procedures, Line-Ups and Scoring. Starting on Opening Night, all lapped cars will be sent to the tail on all feature restarts; an update from the existing rule of doing so in the final five laps of the feature. With this change, Lernerville Speedway will be debuting the �FlyBy Fueled by Turner�s� that will allow the first car one lap down to get his/her lap back on the restart. Following the feature, only the top five cars in the Sprints, Late Models and Modifieds need to scale before returning to the pits; while the full field of the Sportsman feature will continue to scale. Finally, in an update from the existing rule, any driver that exits his/her car on the track during a race while be disqualified from the event.
