Racing And Demo Derbies This Saturday, May 28 At The Fulton Speedway

FULTON, NY – May 24, 2016 – This Saturday, May 28th the Fulton Speedway has everything for the motorsports fan from high speed racing action on the speedway to the sights and sounds of crunching metal from demolition derbies.
On the fast, affordable, family, fun racing program on Scott Jeffery’s Performance Plus night is the Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar Big Block Modifieds, SUNY Canton Sportsman, Billy Whittaker Cars & Trux Late Models, E&V Energy Novice Sportsman and the JB Logging & Firewood Four Cylinders.
When the action is over on the speedway it’s time for some destruction with the fan favorite King’s Spring Smashdown Youth & Small Car Demolition Derbies. Adult admission this Saturday, May 28th will be $15 with everyone 18 and under Free. Pit admission is $27. Gates will open at 5:00 with racing at 7:00.
From track management, race fans that have a rain check ($12) from last Saturday’s rain out may redeem it for a ticket for this Saturday’s $15 event with no additional charge required. This will apply for this weekend only. We thank you for waiting with us last Saturday as we tried to get the show in.
The Fulton Speedway would like to welcome Scott Jeffery’s Performance Plus located just minutes south of the Fulton Speedway at 1195 Co. Rt. 57 on the grounds of LJL –Gypsum Racing.
About Scott Jeffery’s Performance Plus – Scott Jeffery’s Performance Plus was established in 2010 by Scott Jeffery. Scott has been the team manager for Gypsum Racing since 2003, with drivers of the 99L Larry Wight, 2012 ROC Champion, and 2004 Mr. Dirt Small Block Pat Ward in the 42p, and driver of the 91 2009 Mr. Dirt Champion and 2011 ROC Champion Billy Decker.
Scott has worked in the crew chief capacity for Billy Decker since 1992. This well-known duo in the Northeast Modifies has 4 Syracuse Dirt Week Big Block wins under their belts and 6 Syracuse small block wins.
Scott from Ransomville, NY started his career helping his uncle Don McGinnis and Charlie Rudolph at a very young age. After graduating high school he attended Alfred receiving a degree in Mechanical drafting. From there he teamed up with Billy Decker working their way to becoming Mr. Dirt Champions in 1998 and again in 2008. Scott was also inducted into the Dirt Hall of Fame as Crew Chief in 1999.
