All Active and Retired Military with ID Receive FREE General Admission Saturday, May 28th
New Egypt, NJ – New Egypt Speedway has added the NEWS Sprints presented by Burlington Overhead Door to an already exciting night of racing on Saturday, May 28th. The NEWS Sprints will join the headlining 358 Modifieds, Sportsman, and TSRS Sprints on the Military Appreciation Night schedule. This will be the first time in many years that New Egypt Speedway will see two sprint divisions on the card along with the 358 Modified headliners.
Saturday, May 28th at New Egypt Speedway honors our nation’s military by offering FREE General Admission to all active and retired military men and women with their military ID. In addition, spouses with their military ID receive a discounted $12 General Admission. The Speedway will be decked out in its red, white, and blue finest and the first 50 kids through the gates will receive a patriotic goodie bag with a coupon for a free Firecracker Popsicle courtesy of The Snack Shack. The Speedway will also be handing out American Flags to all fans who would like to show their patriotism during the Memorial Day weekend event.
Pit gates will open at 3 pm, grandstands open at 4 pm, hot laps begin at 5 pm, and racing starts at 6 pm. Adults are $22, seniors 65 and older are $18, teens 12-15 are $12, and children 11 and under are FREE. Pit admission with a New Egypt Speedway license is $30, with a TSRS license is $35, and without a license is $40.
New Egypt Speedway is located on Route 539 just minutes from Six Flags Great Adventure and the New Jersey Turnpike. A racy 7/16-mile D-shaped dirt oval, New Egypt Speedway serves Garden State race fans with some of the best competition in the country. New Egypt’s state-of-the-art facilities feature daylight-quality lighting and excellent sightlines from any seat in the house. The grandstands are fully wheelchair accessible with wide, clear, and well-groomed walkways. Concession facilities serve up everything from Jersey Burgers to ice cream treats at family-friendly prices.
