NARDELLI NETS HIS THIRD VICTORY OF THE SEASON AT BRIDGEPORT SPEEDWAY

Sicklerville, NJ (June 8, 2015) – Lee Nardelli netted his third victory of the season in the wingless 600cc Micro-Sprint division at Bridgeport Speedway on Friday, June 5.

Once again, the #85 wingless 600cc Micro-Sprint was fast from the onset. Coming from eighth position, Nardelli finished second in the nine-car heat race. Following the redraw for the 20-lap main, Nardelli roared to the lead from his second place starting spot. Once in front, Nardelli staved off the competition during several restarts in the feature to rack up the victory. Following the race, Nardelli was very pleased with his Micro-Sprint and effort. “The car was strong throughout the race. I am really happy about the win. The track was in great shape as well,” stated the elated winner. With the win, he padded his point lead in the wingless 600cc Micro-Sprint division. Nardelli’s next event will be at Bridgeport Speedway on Friday, June 12.
