Goodale is off to a good start in 2015. He got a win down at New Smyrna Speedway during Speedweeks in February.  The team got a new Troyer TA2 Chassis and got good notes for the car during Speedweeks. ” It was a pretty successful Speedweeks for Goodie Motorsports. Would of liked to win the Richie(Richie Evans Memorial) race but just wasn’t in our cards this year.” Goodale Said
He would run the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour season opener where he would get the win back on March 14th at Caraway Speedway in North Carolina. With that win, it gave Goodale’s team a boost of confidence. Goodale would finish second in the Caraway Speedway race back on March 28th and then would pick up a top 5 finish this past weekend at South Boston Speedway. Goodale is planning to run a few more races on the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour this year.

Goodale felt last season was a good season for him. Goodale and the team found a lot of speed in their car and ran in the top 5 in most of the races. Goodale picked up his first career NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour win last June at the quarter mile oval. The down of last season for Goodale was destroying 2 race cars at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on the same weekend. Goodale is hoping just to finish a race at the Magic Mile season.
During the offseason, Goodale became a dad for the first time as he is enjoying being a dad. ” It’s been really cool. Mason is doing great and my wife Amanda is still supporting me being away on weekends and all. Life is pretty good right now.”
Goodale’s goals for 2015 are to win as many races as possible. ” The rest will take care of itself. My team has really worked hard the past few years. Hopefully I can start repaying them with some wins.”
The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will kickoff their 2015 season with the Icebreaker at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on April 12th.
