URC WELCOMES GLENN FITZCHARLES JR. AS RACE DIRECTOR FOR IT’S 68TH SEASON
When URC starts it’s 68th season on April 12 at Bridgeport Speedway they will be welcoming back a familiar name and face to the Club. Glenn Fitzcharles Jr. will be taking on the Race Director duties in 2015. Glenn is the son of URC’s leading feature winner and five time URC Champion Glenn Fitzcharles. Racing with URC has been a big part of Glenn’s life. He’s been a mechanic, an official and now we welcome him back to URC as Race Director.
Joining Glenn as 2015 URC officials will be Matt and Tammi Chambers and long time URC official Billy Gallagher. Fred and Mark Bitner will be helping with motor tech.
URC is also looking for someone willing to come on board as the official Tech Inspector. Anyone interested in helping please call or text Curt Michael 302-344-1882.
