THREE DIVISION SHOW OF NASCAR STOCK CAR RACING SET FOR GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY SATURDAY

$1,000 WORTH OF POCONO TICKETS TO BE GIVEN AWAY SATURDAY  NIGHT MAY 14TH; ENDURO AND VINTAGE CAR RACING SET FOR SUNDAY, MAY 15TH, 1 P.M.

BECHTELSVILLE, PA – May 12, 2016-  NASCAR stock car racing returns to Grandview Speedway on Saturday, May 14, with a tripleheader card of T.P.Trailers 358 Modifieds, BRC Late Models and Sportsman racers. At least a dozen events of racing will make up the night of racing action. And fans will have a chance to win tickets to NASCAR racing at Pocono Raceway on June 4th and 5th.

Racing will get the green flag at 7:30 p.m. with spectator gates opening at 5:30 p.m. A full series of qualifying events will be presented as part of Whelen Engineering Night topped off by a 30-lap main event for the Modifieds and 25 lap features for the Late Models and Sportsman.

Early season racing has produced some very tight point battles and 10 different feature race winners.

As usual the Low Down and Dirty Meet and Greet, featuring drivers and cars on display, will take place at the main gate area when ticket windows open.

Adult admission is $15 while youngsters under the age of 12 are admitted free.

WNPV-1440AM Radio of Lansdale, the local NASCAR station, and Pocono Raceway will  be making some fans happy on Saturday night as they give away more than $1,000 worth of tickets for the June 4-5 NASCAR race weekend at Pocono. Fans will have the opportunity to win tickets for the Saturday, June 4th NASCAR Xfinity race (a first time appearance for the Xfinity Series at Pocono) and the June 5th Axalta “We Paint Winners” 400 Sprint Cup race. All the tickets include extra perks for the fans that are fortunate enough to win them.

Then on Sunday, May 15th, 1 p.m. there will be Enduro and Vintage stock car racing.  Included in the action will be a 125-lap Big Car Enduro along with a 125-lap Small Car Enduro and a Ladies Race. The Blast from the Past Vintage Cars will also be part of the show. Admission is just $10 for adults.
