Elbridge, N.Y–July 28, 2016……Rolling Wheels Raceway has entered into an agreement with the N.D.R.A. (a newly formed sanctioning body for Dirt Track Racing), to be the first track in New York State to become a member of the sanctioning body. N.D.R.A. is about to announce a newly formed sanctioning body that will bring a revenue share agreement to it’s member tracks and drivers. The Business Plan and Operating Agreement will be posted on the N.D.R.A. website, which will be released to the public on September 1, 2016. The N.D.R.A. (National Dirt Racing Association) will be governed by track owners, driver representatives and individual investors and the formation of the N.D.R.A. hopes to spark a renewed interest and growth in the Dirt Racing Industry.
