DSC_0133Mahoning Valley Speedway presents eight feature races for $12 adult admission this Saturday evening

(LEHIGHTON, Pa. 9-9-15) The season may be winding down at Mahoning Valley Speedway but the action is far from over. With four weeks to go before the respective division titles are to be decided there remains plenty of close competition which will undoubtedly lead up to one big grand finale when the final point show takes place on October 4.

Heading into this Saturday, September 12, between all six classes there is a total of 50 drivers, including 17 in the Street Stocks, that are mathematically still in the title hunt to become champions.

This Saturday evening’s race card will be a full bill of action with Modifieds, Late Models, Street Stocks, Dirt Mods, Pro 4s and Hobby Stocks all running regular feature events.

Plus the Dirt Mods will be doing double duty as the rain-postponed feature from July 18 will be run. Also hitting the track will be the Micro Stock Racing Series for their final 2015 appearance.

Kids Big Wheel Races will take place during intermission.

Adult general admission for this eight feature night is just $12, $2.00 off for students, seniors 65 + and active military. Must have ID. Children 10 and under are free. Grandstand gates open at 4:00 pm.

Pit gates open at noon. Early paid practice starts runs from12:30 to 3:00. Regular practice gets underway from 4:30 – 5:30. Racing starts at 6:00 pm.

A reminder to all that the 2015 Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, November 21 at the Northampton Community Center in Northampton.
