Mach 1 Chassis is Official A-Main Sponsor with the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints: Each A-Main to pay Minimum of $275 to start.

SYRACUSE, NY – June 8, 2016- Mach 1 Chassis has been a big supporter for the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints (ESS) over the years, now their effort was increased by becoming the title sponsor of each A-Main. With their help, every full point A-Main will now pay at least $275 to start.
Mach 1 has been the back of the annual hard luck award and this season marks the fifth year in a row. Patrick Vigneault, Mike Stelter, Jeff Cook and Tommy Wickham so far have received Mach 1 frames and each are still using them in 2016.
Mach 1 also sponsors the annual visit to the Selinsgrove Speedway and the annual Earl Halaquist Memorial at the I-88 Speedway. The builder of the Mach 1’s, Mark Smith, enters in several ESS events with the Vigneault owned #55 which includes the CNY Speedweek.
“We try to get as much back to the racers as we can and now with the help of Mach 1 we give a little more to the drivers that might have had some tough luck on the night.” noted ESS President Chuck Miller. “We were always glad to pay $250 to start our A-Mains, now bumping that up to $275 spreads to dollar around just a little bit more.”
Starting this weekend, the Mach 1 Chassis A-Mains at both Mohawk International Raceway and Utica-Rome Speedway will the see the purse increase start.
Heading into the weekend, Steve Poirier has a slim lead over Jason Barney for the Lucas Oil Championship. Paul Kinney, Parker Evans, Bryan Howland, Matt Tanner, Jeff Cook, Chad Miller, Paulie Colagiovanni and Dave Axton are all within striking distance.
The 33rd Anniversary Season is ready to kick into full gear. With the added help from Mach 1 the tour just got a little more exciting…Excitement Guaranteed!
