Lucas Oil Late Models Gear Up for Tripleheader

BATAVIA, OHIO (May 13, 2019) – A busy weekend awaits the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series with events in Iowa and Minnesota, on three consecutive nights, beginning Thursday.

34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa will host the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series for the first time since 2010, on Thursday, May 16. The TruAcre 50 will feature a complete program of: Miller Welders Time Trials, Heat Races, B-Mains, and a 50-lap, $10,000-to-win main event. The Stock Cars and Mini Haulers will serve as support divisions on Thursday night.

34 Raceway is located at 10463 S Prairie Grove Road, just 6 miles west of Burlington. The pit and general admission gates will open at 3:00pm. The action will shift to 300 Raceway, formally Farley Speedway, in Farley, Iowa on Friday night. The stars of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series anxiously await their return to the 3/8-mile oval for the first time since 2008. Dubbed the Truck Country 50, the marquee event will be a complete program of: Miller Welders Time Trials, Heat Races, and B-Mains – highlighted by a 50-lap, $12,000-to-win main event. The Modifieds and Sport Modifieds will also be in action on Friday, May 17.

300 Raceway is located just off US Highway 20 at Exit 300. On Friday, the pit gate will open at 2:00 pm, followed by general admission gates at 4:00pm. A drivers meeting will take place at 5:30pm, with on-track action beginning at 6:00pm. To learn more, visit: www.300Raceway.com.

Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Minn. will cap off a thrilling weekend of racing action. A complete show is on tap for the NAPA Auto Parts North Star Nationals, which includes: Miller Welders Time Trials, Heat Races, B-Mains, and a 50-lap, $12,000-to-win main event. The Open Wheel Modifieds will also be in competition, battling for $2,000-to-win.

Deer Creek Speedway is located approximately 11½ miles south on US-63 from I-90, Exit 209A. At Deer Creek Speedway, the pit gate and general admission gates open at 2:30pm. An autograph session will take place from 4:30pm – 5:15pm. The drivers meeting will be at 5:30pm followed by on-track action at 6:00pm.
