FULTON, NY – August 17, 2016 – Oswego County will be the center of the dirt track racing world starting on September 30 – October 1 when the Fulton Speedway will kick off Oswego Speedways Super DIRT Week XLV with one of the Northeast premier events, the 31st Annual Sunoco Fulton Ethanol Facility Outlaw 200 Weekend presented by SUNY Canton.
