FIVE MAIN EVENTS, DEMO DERBY AND DISCOUNT ADMISSION ON “PACK THE TRACK NIGHT” AT WALL STADIUM THIS SATURDAY (JULY 15)

WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. ~ Auto racing fans have a big event slated for this Saturday (July 15) at Wall Stadium Speedway with five main events and a Demolition Derby during “Pack the Track Night” action. A special discounted admission price of just $10 for adults and $5 for students aged 7 to 17 will be offered. Kids 6 and under are always free.

Spectator seating will open at 5:00 p.m., with the remainder of the Factory Stock 25-lapper stopped by rain last Saturday (July 8) slated for 5:45 p.m. followed by qualifying. Scheduled main event action will follow at around 7:00 p.m. This “Carnival Night” themed event will feature games on the midway area.

On the famous high banked third mile paved oval five scheduled feature races will be presented with the O’Shea’s Auto Repair Factory Stocks competing in an extra distance 50-lapper along with the final laps of the July 8 race. The Green Flag Driving Experience Legend Cars, the Snap On Sportsman cars, the Surfside Collision 4 Cylinder Stocks and the Elite Maintenance Limited Late Models will all be battling in a 25-lap main events.

The Factory Stock action will see former champions Joe Mongeau of Brick and Scott Riggleman of Manchester lead the way with plenty of competition from Joey Helberg of Union, Ron Booth of Eatontown, Wall’s Bob Haberstick, Gerry Koenig of Merrick, N.Y. and Beachwood’s Elliott Wohl, just to name a few.

The Legend Cars will see defending champ Louie Keraitis of Toms River, Eatontown’s Malcolm Campbell, Mitchell Dowd of Pottstown, Pa. and former champion Robert French of Howell as favorites.

The night of action will conclude with a championship Demolition Derby where cars will be destroyed until only one is still running!

Saturday’s schedule will see the competitor pit area open at 1:00 p.m. Regular practice will start at 3:00 p.m., while spectator seating will open at 5:00 p.m. The rain postponed Factory Stock race from July 8 and qualifying will then begin at 5:45 p.m. and scheduled feature race action for all divisions is slated for 7:00 p.m.
