BECHTELSVILLE, PA September 2, 2015 . . . It seems that it was just yesterday that the season opener at Grandview Speedway was being talked about and now the talk is about the final regular season NASCAR stock car racing events of the season.

This Saturday night Marshall’s Home Services of Skippack, PA will be sponsoring the season finale for the NASCAR T.P. Trailers 358 Modifieds, BRC Late Models and Sportsman stock cars. Racing will get the green flag at 7:30 p.m.

Racers on Saturday night will be using the night to improve on their final point finishing positions as each position gained means more money in their pocket when the top racers share in the NASCAR and track point funds paid out at the annual awards banquet in November.

Despite the fact the all three championships have been decided there is still a lot of interest in where fan favorites will finish in the standings when the final checkered flag is waved on Saturday night.

Modified racers, led by 2015 NASCAR T.P. Trailers Modified champion Craig VonDohren, will be looking to also use the Saturday night events as somewhat of a “test and tune” session to get ready for the 45th Annual Freedom 76 Modified Classic on September 12th which will reward the winner with $25,000.

Adult admission for this Saturday is $15 while youngsters under 12 are admitted free. Active military with proper ID are admitted free.

When spectator gates open at 5:30 p.m. the weekly Low Down and Dirty Meet & Greet will be taking place featuring 10-time track champion Jeff Strunk, Tim Buckwalter and veteran racer Todd Smith.

Tickets for the annual Freedom 76 Classic will be on sale for the reduced price of $35 ($40 on raceday). Youngsters 6-11 pay $10 and kids under 6 are admitted free.

The Friday, September 11th, doubleheader will feature the 305 Sprints and ROC Sportsman stock cars with a 7:30 p.m. start. Adult admission will be $12 while youngsters 6-11 are admitted for $5 and kids under 6 are admitted free.

Lap sponsorships for $20 remain available and can be had at the track or by calling Ernie Saxton at 215.752.7797. This will be the final weekend that laps are available that will include a listing in the special event magazine.

Coming up on Sunday, September 6, 1 p.m. is a full slate of Outlaw Enduro racing with a number of events being included along with Blast from the Past Vintage racing. This is the last Enduro and Vintage Car event of the season.
