IMG_3877 (800x533)CENTER LISLE, NY –July 11, 2016- A threatening weather forecast forced the cancelation of Saturday night’s racing program at Thunder Mountain Speedway.

Management opted to make the decision early in the day out of respect to race teams and fans, many of whom travel long distances to attend events at the three-eighths-mile clay oval located in Center Lisle, N.Y., just outside Whitney Point.

The ‘Fan Appreciation Night’ festivities that had been scheduled for Saturday have been postponed to July 16, when racing resumes on the Mountain. Fans will have the opportunity to meet their favorite drivers on the frontstretch during intermission, get autographs, photos and more.
