Brewerton And Fulton Speedway Successful Motorsports Expo Leads Into Great Northern Mall Show March 27-29

BALDWINSVILLE, NY – MARCH 18, 2015 – (By Dave Medler) – The popular theme at this year’s Motorsports Expo was “Let’s Go Racing” after the long , snowy and cold winter.

Over two days at the New York State Fairgrounds a lot of fans and competitors stopped by the Brewerton and Fulton Speedways’ booth to check out the new cars, grab schedules, buy season passes, fill out driver registrations, signup for the Jr. Fan Club and talk about the upcoming season with enthusiasm.

In the ticket giveaway for both speedways the lucky winners were:

Brewerton Speedway – Quinn Akins-Oswego, NY, Bill Charles-Spencerport, NY, Doug Nash-Syracuse, NY.

Fulton Speedway – Grand Prize winner of two weekend tickets for the “High Bank Holdup” April 24-25 was Merrit Czeron-Oswego, NY. Pairs of regular season tickets – Harry Dorr-Syracuse, NY, Jim Cook-Sterling, Ontario, Randy Wager-Lafayette, NY.

Thanks to Andrew Ferguson, Colby Herzog, Jeremy Dygert, Jimmy Phelps and Larry Wight for bringing their cars for the weekend.

Up next is the Great Northern Mall show on March 27-29. Racers, this is a great way for you to show off your new cars, get your sponsor’s name out there to the general public and make new fans. Finally the 2015 season kicks into high gear at the Fulton Speedway with a big two day show on April 24-25 with the “High Bank Hold UP”. On the Friday night the Tracey Road Equipment DIRT Car Modifieds/NAPA Late Models/Pro Race Car Mod Lites and E&V Energy Novice Sportsman (from 2014 Outlaw Weekend) will be in action. The SUNY Canton Sportsman will have practice. Saturday will be highlighted by a 100 Lap Big Block Modified Super DIRTcar Series race and the DIRTcar Sportsman Series.

The Brewerton Speedway will kick off the season with a Test-and-Tune open to any dirt car on Tuesday, April 28 at 6:30. On Friday night May 1, Ferris Mowers presents the season opener featuring the Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar Modifieds/SUNY Canton Sportsman/Pro Race Cars Mod Lites and the Hilton’s Automotive Four-Cylinders. Gates will open at 5:30 with the first green flag to wave at 7:30.
