After substandard seasons in 2014 and 2015, Roberts is determined in his quest for a track championship.

With a newer frame and an upgraded motor package for the upcoming season, he has his sights focused on the 2016 Sportsman championship at the Southern New Jersey dirt oval. “Right now, I feel like I have everything in place to contend for the title at Bridgeport Speedway,” said an upbeat Roberts, a B&M Motorsports driver.

Just before the conclusion of the 2015 season, the twenty-one year old racer from Delaware realized that a newer chassis was needed. Shortly thereafter, Roberts purchased a 2013 Bicknell frame from Modified racer Dave Dissinger. Last year, he used an older Bicknell car and a Troyer car.  “I have always felt more comfortable in a Bicknell car and decided to go with a newer one,” reasoned the Delaware based Roberts. His new car will be powered by a Sportsman motor built by Jimmy Weiss. In 2015, he split time between Delaware International Speedway and Bridgeport Speedway.

“This year, I am planning to be at Bridgeport Speedway but I will be at other select shows in Delaware and Pennsylvania. With a new body from Lightning Bodies and a top of the line lettering design by Bruce Bowen, his 2013 Bicknell drew rave reviews as it was on display at Motorsports 2016 in January at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. His car featured all of his current 2016 marketing partners including All County Garage Doors, Array of Monograms, CIL Underground, ERK Steering Repair, Robert’s Motors, and Ronnie’s Auto Repair. “I couldn’t compete this season without the support of my marketing partners, my grandfather (veteran racer Ron Roberts), and my crew chief, Keith Dolan,” declared Roberts.

B&M Motorsports is a dirt racing team of three drivers, Brett Ballard, Matt Budd, and Brad Roberts. Several marketing partnership packages are available for the B&M Motorsports team in 2016 including the opportunity to broaden your participation across the entire team.
