OSWEGO, NY (February 20, 2018) – Oswego Speedway is pleased to announce the latest addition to the track’s ‘Hall of Fame Legends’ series line of t-shirts brought to fans by ASI Racewear, which already includes Jim Shampine, Nolan Swift, Eddie Bellinger Jr, Steve Gioia Jr, and
Joe Gosek.

In the coming days, fans will be able to purchase t-shirts honoring the newest member of the Hall of Fame Legends class; seven time speedway champion and 2007 Hall of Fame inductee Bentley Warren.

The legendary driver from Kennebunkport, M.E. is second to only Shampine in all-time Supermodified wins with 66, including his last win in September 2006 forty years to the day of his first ever victory back in September of 1966. He is also a Budweiser International Classic 200
champion six times over, an Indianapolis 500 veteran, and three time ISMA champion.

While he hasn’t turned laps at the ‘Steel Palace’ since his stint in the LaPrade racing No. 15 throughout Classic Weekend of 2010, Warren recently appeared at Oswego Speedway in 2016 to sign autographs and meet fans, as well as distribute copies of his popular paperback biography,
‘Wicked Fast – Racing Through Life with Bentley Warren’ written by Bones Bourcier.

At 78 years-old, Warren shows no signs of slowing down. Bentley is still very active in the sport, attending several events throughout the year, and even competing behind the wheel of roadsters and vintage cars from time to time. He also owns Bentley Warren Trucking, as well as his
popular side venture dubbed ‘Bentley’s Saloon,’ located in Arundel, Maine.

Those interested in purchasing Warren’s Hall of Fame Legends t-shirt, can call the speedway office at (315)-342-0646 or email Jenn at
jreebel@oswegospeedway.com. The shirt will be available in all sizes. Oswego Speedway will also ship orders for an additional charge. If you’d like to stop in the track office to pick a shirt up, you may do so during winter hours of 11am to 4pm on Saturdays.

Season tickets, camping packages, and more are all on sale as part of Oswego Speedway’s 2018 schedule which kicks off with the first ever running of the Jim Shampine Memorial Twin 50’s for the Novelis Supermodifieds on Saturday, May 26. A 35-lap Tony White Memorial main for the Pathfinder
Bank SBS will be run alongside this can’t miss, never before seen event for the Supers. To purchase tickets, please call (315)-342-0646.
