18 FEATURE WINNERS SO FAR THIS SEASON, WILL SATURDAY PRODUCE MORE

Grandview 6-11-2016 505 (1024x483)BECHTELSVILLE, PA-  JUNE 23, 2016- Two NASCAR divisions of racing will be in the spotlight this Saturday at Grandview Speedway along with Sprint cars when Bechtelsville Car Wash presents another tripleheader show of motorsports entertainment featuring the TP Trailers NASCAR 358 Modifieds, TSRS 305 Sprints and the Sportsman in action with racing starting at 7:30 p.m.

Added to the Saturday night show is a special Cash Dash event featuring the Modified qualifying heat winners racing for $300 posted by Bechtelsville Car Wash. There will also be prize money for others participating in the Cash Dash based on how many heat races are needed.

With 18 different feature winners already listed in the record book fans will be anxious to see if there are more new winners on Saturday night in the two NASCAR divisions.

Again this week the Low Down and Dirty Radio Meet & Greet will take place at the main gate area with TSRS driver Jon Haegele showing of his race car and greeting fans. In addition Sportsman racer Paul Houseknecht will be part of the fun.

Spectator gates open at 5:30 p.m. with adults paying $18 and youngsters under 12 admitted free.

IMG_1076On Tuesday, June 28th, 7:30 p.m. the Pennsylvania Sprint Speed Week 410 Sprints will be featured along with the 358 Modifieds. Bryan Clauson, the standout USAC racer, winner of the June 7th USAC Sprint race at Grandview, will headline the action in a night of racing sponsored by Pioneer Pole Buildings.

Coming up on Saturday, July 2nd Kory Fleming’s Sleepy Hollow Modified team will be giving youngsters a chance to win bicycles. This has become a tradition that is looked forward to by the children. At least 4 bikes will be given away to kids by luck of the draw from entry blanks filled out by the youngsters.

Racing on this night will include the TP Trailers NASCAR 358 Modifieds, BRC Late Models and Sportsman with action sponsored by Whelen Engineering, a longtime supporter of NASCAR racing. Again racing will start at 7:30 p.m. Adult admission is $15 while youngsters under 12 are admitted free.

After being away from racing at Grandview for a while Chapman Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Ram of Horsham, PA will return to sponsor the Firecracker 40 for BRC Late Models on Saturday July 9th. This is the biggest event of the season for the Late Models.  In addition the TP Trailers 358 Modifieds and Sportsman will be racing and there will be FIREWORKS. Admission for this very special night will be $25 for adults and $5 for youngsters 6 thru 11. Under 6 are admitted free and active military with proper ID will also be admitted free.

Grandview Speedway, a one-third-mile, banked clay track, is located on Passmore Road just off Route 100 in Bechtelsville, PA, 10 miles north of Pottstown. A full assortment of great concessions and novelty items are available. Free parking on the grounds. Fans are invited to the competition area after the events are completed to meet the racers. Saturday, July 9, 7:30 p.m. Chapman Ford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Horsham, PA Night featuring the BRC Late Models in Firecracker 40, T.P.Trailers 358 Modifieds and Sportsman along with GREAT FIREWORKS SHOW

Thursday, July 14, 7:30 p.m. Super DIRTCAR Series Modifieds 19th Annual Traffic Jam Big Block 60-lap feature along with racing for the Sportsman stock cars.
