AMWELL AUTO BODY SIGNS ON TO SPONSOR “THE SLIDEWAYS SIX” ROUND OF MAY MODIFIED MADNESS; POINT FUND NOW AT $1000
New Egypt, NJ – Amwell Auto Body of Hillsborough, NJ has returned to the May Modified Madness fold for 2015 becoming the presenting sponsor of the “Slideways Six” round on May 23rd. Amwell Auto Body has contributed $500 toward the point fund of the May Modified Madness Series this year, assuring that second and third will receive $300 and $200 in addition to the $500 for the winner.
“This is great that Mike (Krachun) wants to give back to the sport. He helps a lot of guys out, used to race himself and now owns his son Ryan’s cars at NES. There isn’t a lot of people like him left in this sport,” said series promoter Pete MacDonald
The May Modified Madness Series is a unique, bracket-type series where drivers compete in a race within a race throughout the four 358 Modified races at New Egypt Speedway during the month of May. It culminates with the May Modified Madness Finale on May 30th, which will feature a 35-lap, double points 358 Modified feature paying a cool $2,700 to win and $325 from 13th to 24th.

May 2 – “The Top Twenty-Four” Round of 24 (30 Laps)
May 9- “The Dirty Dozen” Round of 12 (30 Laps)
May 23- Amwell Auto Body Presents “The Slideways Six” Round of 6 (30 Laps)
May 30 (FINALE) –Liberty Toyota Scion of Burlington Presents “The Finale” Round of 3 (35 Laps * Double Points)
