SUSQUEHANNA SPEEDWAY SETS 2017 ALL STAR CIRCUIT OF CHAMPIONS DATE

_mg_0088-x2YORK HAVEN, PA – November 22, 2016- For the first time in history, Tony Stewart’s Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions will compete on the red clay at Susquehanna Speedway.

Set for Sunday, August 20, 2017, the first ever All Star Circuit of Champions date at the York Haven facility will be the Justin Snyder Salute to the Troops .

“I am thrilled to have the All Star Circuit of Champions come to Susquehanna Speedway in 2017,” stated General Manager Kolten Gouse. “What Tony has done with that series is truly amazing and we are certainly excited to support his series.”

Not only is Gouse and company thrilled to have the long time sprint car organization on its schedule, but they wanted to find a great way to help keep the memory of Justin Snyder alive and make his race something special.

_mg_0349-xl“When we started working on our 2017 schedule, one of our main goals was to find a way to make the Justin Snyder Salute to the Troops race extra special, and I believe by adding the All Stars to this event, it will make it extra special for all of us,” Gouse added.

Justin Snyder, was a huge race fan and proud retired combat veteran of the U.S. Army, whose life was ultimately cut short in April of 2016.

The family of Justin Snyder is proud to come on board as an associate sponsor in his honor for this special event.

The Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions Justin Snyder Salute to the Troops will pay $5,000 to win out of a standard All Star purse.
