VERNON, NY- March 22, 2017-For the second consecutive year, Gates-Cole Insurance will be the title sponsor the headline Modified division at the Utica-Rome Speedway.  With the continuing support from Gates-Cole Insurance, the Modified division will once again carry the name of the Gates-Cole Insurance Modifieds for the 2017 season.
