WEST LEBANON, NY- April 15, 2016- Tyler Dippel burst onto the dirt track scene in such frenzy it stirred mixed emotions from his fellow competitors. Some questioned his age, some envied his success, but most appreciated the talent that was developing before their eyes. Dippel found victory lane sooner rather than later and has since catapulted into the conversation of talented young guns in dirt track racing today.
Dippel’s quick success caught the attention of Teo Pro Car’s very own Matt Hearn, who helped guide the young wheelman to some impressive runs including one sick fast lap during the Finale At The Fairgrounds at Super Dirt Week 2015 that was ultimately validated. The success didn’t stop there, as Dippel has began an asphalt career and quickly found victory lane in the NASCAR K&N East Series recently in Mobile Alabama. He backed that up with an 8th place finish putting him just five points behind the leader.
Last year Dippel suffered injuries after a freak accident where the hauler door broke loose and fell on him. He did make a full recovery to jump back in the drivers seat and now according to promoter Howard Commander Dippel will begin the season on the high banks of Lebanon Valley Speedway.
The Wallkill, NY driver has visited victory lane at the valley of speed in the past and he’ll attempt to revisit that accomplishment when the season gets under way April 23rd when Modifieds race for $3,000 to win on L&M Motors and Sayer’s Auto Wrecking night. Also on the racing card are Pro Stocks, Pure Stocks, and 4-Cyl.
