Red Bull GRC Seattle Returns to Evergreen Speedway September 15

Los Angeles, CA (March 22, 2018) – For the third consecutive year, Evergreen Speedway will host Red Bull Global Rallycross Seattle taking place on Saturday, September 15. This will be the series’ last United States stop on the 2018 Red Bull GRC calendar and will be a crucial part in determining this season’s champion as it prepares to head overseas for the season finale.

“Evergreen Speedway has become one of Red Bull GRC’s signature tracks over the past few seasons,” said Red Bull GRC CEO Colin Dyne. “Its unique combination of high-speed straightaways, banked corners, and a challenging infield dirt section has always produced dramatic racing, especially towards the end of the season. Much like last year, we expect our Seattle event to have a significate influence on who takes home this year’s titles, and we can’t wait to welcome all of our returning fans from the Pacific Northwest!”

The third annual event will see drivers tackle the sport’s unique mix of racing surfaces, paired with a dirt section and Joker Lap designed to keep the competition tight and the fans on the edge of their seats. Red Bull GRC Seattle will also serve as the second-to-last 2018 event for the series’ new Polaris GRC class, featuring the all-new Polaris RZR® RS1, as it closes in on crowning its first champion.
