New Egypt, NJ– New Egypt Speedway staff is busy getting ready for their biggest race weekend of the year with the All Star Cup event schedule to run Friday, September 18th and Saturday, September 19th. Saturday’s high paying Modified and Crate Modified events are set to welcome several invaders who will try to grab the $7,500 and $3,000 pay days, respectively.

358 Modified drivers that are confirmed to invade are Duane Howard, Doug Manmiller, Dominick Buffalino, Delaware’s Shawn Ward, and Rick Laubach. Invaders who have expressed interest in attending include the inaugural All Star Cup Champion Craig Von Dohren, Jeff Strunk, Dirty Jersey 3 Winner Danny Creeden, Ryan Watt, and Norm Hansell’s 357 with a driver to be named later. They will take on New Egypt regulars Billy Pauch, Ryan Godown, Defending Race Winner Billy Pauch Jr., Jimmy Blewett, Jimmy Horton, Lou Cicconi, Neal Williams, David VanHorn, Willie Osmun, and more. The Modified portion of the Saturday night event is a 40 lap shootout paying $7,500 to win and $400 to take the green along with lap money and bonuses.

Crate Modified drivers that are expected to invade Saturday night are Delaware’s Scott Hitchens and Pennsylanvia’s Jim Housworth. They will be competing against track regulars Eric Palmer, Brian Papiez, Ryan Simmons, Brandon Grosso, Frank Dorry, and many more. The Crate Modified portion of the event will be 25 laps for $3,000 to win and $350 to take the green along with lap money and bonuses.

Friday night will see the Sportsman drivers compete in the Big Rooster 20 in honor of John Cornell, Jr. paying $1,150 to win and $200 to take the green. The Racesaver® Sprints are also on the schedule and racing for $500 to win and $175 to take the green. The Black Flagged Racing Street Stock Spectacular rounds out the night paying $1,000 to win and $75 to take the green. All divisions on Friday night will also be competing for lap money and bonuses.

The All Star Cup Weekend kicks off Friday, September 18th. Pit gates open at 3 pm, front gates open at 5 pm, hot laps begin at 6 pm, and racing starts at 7 pm. Adults are $20, teens 12-15 and military and their spouse are $10, and children 11 and under are FREE. Pit admission is $35 with any track or series license and $40 without. No New Egypt Speedway coupons or season passes will be accepted. A two day general admission pass will be available for $45.

Saturday, September 19th will feature a 40-lap, $7,500 to win 358 Modified event and 25-lap, $3,000 to win Crate Modified event. Pit gates open at 11 am, front gates open at 1 pm, Fan Fest is from 1-3 pm, hot laps begin at 4 pm, and the first green flag waves at 5 pm. Adults are $30, teens 12-15 and military and their spouses with ID are $15, and children 11 and under are FREE. Pit admission is $35 with any track or series license and $40 without.
