NEW EGYPT SPEEDWAY GEARING UP FOR 2016
New Egypt, NJ (November 13, 2015) – With activities completed for this year, New Egypt Speedway is gearing up for 2016.
Up first, the 2015 track champions and top finishers in points will be honored at an awards banquet on Saturday, January 16. This year’s gala event will occur at the Hibernians Club located on Kuser Road in Hamilton, NJ. Tickets are on sale now for $75 per person. Reservation forms are available at the speedway’s website at www.newegyptspeedway.net. Completed banquet forms are due back to New Egypt Speedway no later than Friday, December 18, 2015. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card and is due to the
Speedway by December 18th. No reservations or payment will be accepted after this date. If you reserve a ticket and payment is not received by December 18th, your reservation will be cancelled. There are many local area hotels located just a few miles from the banquet hall including the Hamilton Hilton, Homewood Suites of Hamilton, and the Hampton Inn Robbinsville for those that are interested.
After the awards banquet, New Egypt Speedway will be exhibiting at the 2016 Motorsports Racecar and Trade Show from January 22nd through the 24th at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. At the exhibit, fans can pick up a schedule for the upcoming season. For drivers, all the necessary paperwork will be available with the New Egypt Speedway team available to answer any queries.
Marketing partnerships are now available for the 2016 season. A full gamut of packages is being offered from division naming rights to billboard advertising to race night sponsorship. As a reminder, New Egypt Speedway’s “5 Days of Thanks” sale and food drive will start in less than one week. This year’s sale will feature specials on apparel, season passes, reserved spectator parking spots, March Madness tickets, and Saturday night general admission tickets. The “5 Days of Thanks” will also carry along with it a food drive to benefit the New Egypt Food Pantry. The “5 Days of Thanks” sale kicks off on Wednesday, November 18, and ends on Tuesday, November 24, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Each day will feature a different sale starting with Wednesday, November 18, offering free shipping or a 2016 money saving coupon booklet with the purchase of any 2015 Speedway apparel that is already on sale. Thursday, November 19, will offer a free 2016 New Egypt Speedway t-shirt and hat with the purchase of a 2016 season pass. Friday, November 20, will offer a $5 off coupon for Opening Night (Saturday, April 2nd) to anyone purchasing a 2016 Reserved Spectator Parking Space. Monday, November 23, will offer a $3 off Opening Night coupon to anyone purchasing a General Admission ticket for the March Madness Meltdown event on Saturday, March 19th. Finally, on Tuesday, November 24, fans can purchase 2-$20 value 2016 event tickets for $28, with an offer limit of 2 per person. The Speedway office will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for fans wishing to make sale purchases or donate non-perishable food items for the New Egypt Food Pantry. All fans donating food items will receive a free New Egypt Speedway t-shirt. Fans who cannot make it to the Speedway but would like to make sale purchases over the phone, can call the Speedway office at (609) 758-1900.
