Modified Specials, Monster Trucks And A Whole Lot More Highlight 2018 New Egypt Speedway Schedule

New Egypt, NJ – New Egypt Speedway management has released their 2018 schedule which is set to launch with the running of the annual “March Meltdown” on Saturday March 24^th. The March 24^th event will feature a $5,000 to win/$400 to start Big Block vs. Small Block Modified feature event.

The first “points-race” of the 2018 season will be held on Saturday night April 7^th when Oliver Communications Group presents a 40-Lap Modified double points event.

Blockbuster Modified events being held in 2018 will be the return of both the Garden State Gunfight on Wednesday night June 20th, which will pay $6,000 to win for a 60-Lap distance and the “Legends of the Fall 75” on Saturday September 22^nd which will pay $7,500 to win and $500 to start for 75 laps of competition.

The All Star Cup shootout will be held for the sixth time on Saturday, October 20th and will be 60 laps for $6,000 to win for the Modifieds. Also the ever-popular Jersey Rush VIII featuring 410 Sprint Cars, Modifieds and for the first time ever the Sportsman will be held on July 24^th.

Other key Modified events include celebrating Memorial Day with Remember Our Veterans 40 on Saturday May 26^th and the Firecracker 40 for the Modifieds on July 7^th along with the USAC East Coast Sprint Car Series.

The Monster Truck Racing League Schools Out Monster Truck Summer Smash featuring Bigfoot, Snake Bite and more along with Freestyle Motocross will be held on Saturday and Sunday June 23^rd and 24^th. Times and ticket information will be available soon.

The Mid Atlantic 305 Sprint Car Series will return to New Egypt speedway for four events on April 14^th, May 12^th, July 21^st and August 14^th.

The Mr. Sportsman Classic is back for 2018 and will be held on July 28^th and the Mr. Crate Classic will be held on Saturday June 30^th.

The Kenny Wallace Dirt Racing Experience will visit New Egypt Speedway on four occasions in addition to three Mud Hop, Classic Car Shows and Demolition Derbies. The 2018 Season will conclude with the 21^st Annual Fall Swap Meet and Flea Market on December 1^st.

New Egypt Speedway will be taking part in the Motorsports 2018 Trade Show held in Oaks, PA next weekend.
