Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare, Calif. hosted the Honda USAC Western Midget Series last Saturday night and will be the site of the next race on May 30.   Michael Faccinto of Hanford, Calif., USAC's 2006 National Ford Focus Midget Champion, wheeled the MF Motorsports Spike/Chevy to victory in Saturday night's 30-lapper at Tulare on J.D.
