Last year’s Modified Super DIRTcar Series event at the “D-Shaped Dirt Demon” Series Champion Matt Sheppard had a tough battle with Billy Decker and then Larry Wight in the late going for the hard-fought win.

Never count out the Brewerton Speedway weekly Modified racers as they will give the Series regulars a run for their money on their home turf, on the D-Shaped Demon. In the 2017 series race in September, seven out of the top-ten finishers after 100 laps were track regulars.

The Brewerton Speedway would again like to thank McDonald’s® Restaurants for the continued support as a major marketing partner.

Before or after the races, visit major marketing partner McDonald’s® Restaurant located just minutes south of the speedway at the stop light on the corner of Route 11 and Bartell Rd. in Brewerton.

It’s no secret that pets and racing people just go together. All one has to do is look around the pits or camping areas at the Brewerton Speedway & Fulton Speedway during the race season.

Not all of our fury animal friends are as fortunate as the ones who have loving homes. This is where the kindness and love from the people at the Misfits Animal Rescue & Sanctuary come in to make a huge difference in animals’ lives. Please stop by and see them in the midway this Friday, June 15th to see how you can make a difference in different ways.

Misfits Animal Rescue and Sanctuary is a 501c(3) based out of Central, New York, was founded in 2017 and is run by Maureen Davison and Aaron Hopkins.
We save the toughest dogs/cats to place; those with serious medical conditions, paralyzed, deaf and blind, severely emaciated, neurological deficits & disease, injuries and orthopedic issues … the animals that nobody else wants; the animals that would otherwise be euthanized.
We make each dog/cat feel as though they are someone’s pet. We do not believe in pulling a dog from a shelter, only to put it in another shelter environment. Not only do we give these dogs/cats a place to live, but we work diligently with them, socializing them, training them, rehabilitating them, and providing whatever extensive and costly medical care they require. New York State Rescue registration number: RR213 .
