Brewerton Speedway Set For Double Features In Three Divisions, Modifieds Return,Two Point Races Remain

BREWERTON, NY – This Friday, August 23 the Brewerton Speedway will be the home of double features for the DOT Foods DIRTcar Sportsman, U.S Air Force Mod Lites, Fleet Repairs Truck & Trailer Repair 4-Cylinders, plus the 800 horsepower, grandstand shaking Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar Modifieds return after a week off.

The pressure is at its highest point of the season with only two-point races left to decide the 2019 Track Champions in the Modifieds, Sportsman and Mod Lites.

For the 4-Cylinders, there is no ‘Next Week.’ This Friday is the final point race with the 2019 Track Champion being crowned after their two features.

(Sportsman) – 34R – Kevin Root (555) 8 – Alan Fink (546) 3 – Chris Mackey (540) 38 – Zach Sobotka (518) 1 – Mark Yorker (507).

(Mod Lites) – 16x – Casey Sykes (520) 10w – Justin Williams (490) 50 – Doug Williams (442) 06 – Mike Mullen (436) 11x – Brian Meyers (394).

(4-Cylinders) – 17 – Chuck Powelczyk (538) 113B – Chris Bonoffski (534) 21w – Quinn Wallis (506) 41- Evan Wright (434).

Adult grandstand admission is $15 with everyone 18 years old and younger admitted free. Pit admission is $27 Participant, $30 Non-Participant. Grandstands open at 5:30 pm with racing at 7:30 pm.

Hold onto to your August 16th 50/50 tickets with the winning ticket to be drawn on Championship Night when the Empire Super Sprints on Friday, August 30th.
