Bicknell Racing Products: A Record Year

December 14, 2017 – To sum up the 2017 season for Bicknell Racing Products in three words – a record year.
Bicknell Racing products built 244 cars for 2017, surpassing their last record, which was set in 2004 of 237 cars.
On August 20th, Bicknell already started building their 2018 chassis. As of December 10th, they’ve already surpassed car No.100.
“This year had been really busy, which is great,” said Bicknell co-owner, Randy Williamson. “We started building our 2018 chassis’ about two weeks before we usually start our build season and now we are just starting car No.102 for the year.”
Bicknell has built a reputation for unprecedented customer service – something they take to heart. “It’s important that we put the best product out the door to the customer,” said Williamson. “But it’s just as important to ensure that the customer is happy 1 race in, 10 races in, and so forth.”
It’s not every day you come across a company that prides itself in old-fashioned values. The way to stay on top of their game is to stay in touch with their customers and they do just that.
Not only did Bicknell break their chassis build record but they blew their competition out of the water by collecting a total of 764 wins this season. Out of 82 possible track championships, 53 of the champions were Bicknell.
Last year saw Bicknell Racing Products capture 48 of a possible 76 track championships. The numbers keep climbing.
“It’s amazing to think back to where we started and how far we’ve come,” Williamson said. “We definitely couldn’t have the year we have had without our great customers, dealers, and of course our staff. They really put a lot into making quality cars and products.”
It’s no secret the dedication and determination Bicknell has. The team at Bicknell believes their success comes down to customer service, the quality of their product and their drive to succeed.
“2017 has gone by so fast,” explained Bob Slack, Bicknell partner. “We introduced a few new products, some new chassis changes, and we have welcomed many new customers. We couldn’t be happier about the way the year has gone.”
With 764 wins and 53 track championships stacked up this year, Bicknell Racing Products had what most would call a record year.
Bicknell Racing Products is always trying to stay ahead of the competition, to keep evolving, and bring its customers to victory lane. The 2017 season has assured everyone Bicknell Racing Products is at the top of its game.
