Stafford Motor Speedway kick off their 2015 season with the 44th annual NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler on the weekend of April 26th featuring the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour as their race will be 200 laps. There will also be the SK Modifieds, Late Models, SK Lights, Limited Late Models, DARE Stocks, U.S. Legends Cars, and the Mr. Rooter Truck Series. Bobby Santos will look for his third win in a row in the NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler.

It will also be the first of four appearances for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour. They will visit on June 5th for the TSI Harley Davidson 125. The third appearance will come on Friday night August 7th for the Call Before You Dig 150 and then the NAPA Auto Parts Fall Final weekend which will be held a week later on the weekend of October 4th. The Valenti Modified Racing Series will make three appearances this season. The first appearance will be held on Friday May 22nd. The second appearance will be held on Friday June 26th and the third appearance will be held on Friday September 4th. All three races for the Valenti Modified Racing Series will be 80 laps.

Stafford Motor Speedway will begin their Friday night racing on May 1st. The U.S. Legends Cars ran on some of the Friday night’s last season. This season they will be racing every Friday night. The Xtra D 50 for the Late Models will be held on Friday May 8th as they will go 50 laps. The 15th annual Summer Blast Off will be held on Friday June 19th. The track will hold their 4th Of July Celebration on July 3rd. The Second Annual NAPA Auto Parts SK 5K will return on Friday July 10th. Last season fans got to vote about how the race would work out. The race was 100 laps and saw 25 lead changes. Rowan Pennink took down the win in the event. This year the fan vote has returned for this event.

The USHRA Monster Trucks will return on Saturday and Sunday July 25th and 26th. The final Friday night race of the season will be held on Friday September 18th. As the NAPA Auto Parts Fall Final will close out the 2015 season on the Saturday and Sunday October 3rd and 4th.

Many drivers from all over the Northeast have called Stafford Motor Speedway their home track on Friday night over the years. The SK Modified division will see many drivers from all over the Northeast compete. Justin Bonsignore took down the Valenti Modified Racing Series Championship last season for car owner Art Barry. Bonsignore will race for car owner Art Barry will head to Stafford to race in the SK Modified division. Ted Christopher took down his 9th SK Modified Championship last season. Ted Christopher’s nephew Mike Christopher, JR will be racing in the SK Modified division this season.

The weekend for NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler kicks off on Friday April 24th with an open practice for the NASCAR Whelen All American Series divisions, U.S. Legends Cars, and the Mr. Rooter Truck Series. Practice will be held from 1:00 P.M-7:00 P.M. The paddock area opens at 10:00 A.M. On Saturday April 25th, the paddock area will open at 8:00 A.M. The Main Grandstands and ticket booth will open at 10:00 A.M. with the first round of practice for the NASCAR Whelen All American Series division, U.S. Legends Cars, and Mr. Rooter Truck Series. At 11:30 A.M. The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will have their practice session. At 12:45 P.M. the NASCAR Whelen All American Series, U.S. Legends Cars, and the Mr. Rooter Truck Series will have their second round practice session.

At 2:30 P.M., The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will have their qualifying session with time trials. After qualifying for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, there will be qualifying heats and consis for the NASCAR Whelen All American Series divisions, U.S. Legends Cars and the Mr. Rooter Truck Series. The SK lights, Limited Late Models, DARE Stocks, U.S. Legends Cars and the Mr. Rooter Truck Series will run their feature events following the qualifying events.

On Sunday April 26th, the Paddock area will open at 9:00 A.M. and the Ticket Booth and Main Grandstand will open at 10:00 A.M. The NAPA Auto Parts Pit Party will be held on from 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. Fans can go onto the track and meet their favorite driver and see the cars and get autographs. At 12:15 P.M., it will be the NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler Pre Race with the first race going off at 1:00 P.M. The first race of the afternoon will be the 40 lap SK Modified Feature followed by the 30 lap Late Model Feature. At approx 3:15 P.M, it will be the 44th annual NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour 200 lap feature event.
