TAMPA, FL (February 9, 2015) - Officials of East Bay Raceway Park and the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series postponed events from Monday Night's $5,000-to-win event earlier today. The postponement is due to rain showers that began earlier today and have continued to deluge the famed "Clay by the Bay" throughout the evening.
