Abbottstown, PA (February 9, 2020) – The 2020 season schedule for Pennsylvania’s Lincoln Speedway includes everything from its famous sprint cars to new tour events for super sportsman, a two-night national event for the Legends cars, and something the track has never offered before—tractor pulls.

Lincoln Speedway will host 16 different divisions during their 68th season, highlighted by 30 dates for the 410 sprints and 19 dates for the 358 sprints (including the 358/360 Challenge). The 410 sprints will start their season with the $4,000 to win Ice Breaker 30 on February 22. The 358 sprints will hit the clay for the first time on March 21. Both sprint car divisions will end their season on October 17 at Lincoln’s Night of Champions. Not only is the season extended, but the points battle will run until the final race of the 2020 season which is a new addition to the schedule. The entire 2020 schedule is available online at www.lincolnspeedway.com/schedule and at the end of this release.

Another new addition to the 2020 schedule is the two-day Dirt Nationals for the Central PA Legends on September 25 & 26. The Central PA Legends have nine dates on the 2020 calendar including the Nationals.

After a successful showing in 2019, the midgets are back on the schedule for two dates in 2020. They will make an appearance in the pigeon hills on May 9 with the 410 and 358 sprints and July 18 with the 410 sprints and Super Sportsman.

Also gaining a second date in 2020 are the Super Late Models. You can catch them in action on August 22 along with the 410 sprints for the 2nd Annual Billy Vacek Memorial and on September 12 with the 358 sprints and PennMar Modifieds.

As part of their tour in 2020, the Super Sportsman will make three trips to Lincoln. Catch them on April 11, June 6 and July 18.

With the addition of the tractor pull track in the infield, the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League has two dates on the schedule in 2020. They will make their historic first appearance on July 25 followed by their second show on October 10.

Along with the new additions to the schedule, many familiar and popular dates will be back for 2020. The 17th Annual Weldon Sterner Memorial is slated for April 18 and will pay $6,900 to win. The World of Outlaws return to take on the PA Posse in the Gettysburg Clash on May 13. Fallen Firefighters Night is slated for June 13. Lincoln will host two PA Speedweek shows with the first on June 27 and the second on June 29. The All-Star Circuit of Champions make two trips to the 3/8th mile oval with their first stop on August 29. The All-Stars return on September 19 for the $20,000 to win Dirt Classic VII.

In addition, there will be special shows featuring kids “Big Wheel” racing, fireworks, and several auto racing “club” nights.

Located in Abbottstown, PA, the 3/8th-mile high-banked clay oval has been a staple in professional auto racing for over 60 years. The Pigeon Hills oval is one of several famed Central Pennsylvania race tracks which represent the toughest, most competitive weekly sprint car racing in the nation. A family fun night to be had by all who visit the famed Lincoln Speedway!
