This Friday at the dirt track nestled up in “God’s Country” otherwise known as the Big Diamond Speedway it will be Ladies night. All ladies wearing pink will receive $2 off of the price of general admission.
The Eash’s Towing and Recovery Street Stocks will take center stage Friday night taking part in 40-lap main event paying $2000 to the winner. The Street Stock division has been very competitive all season long with multiple winners. Kody Sites currently leads the season long points standings with Jason Geesaman and Jeff Haag lurking right behind. It should be a great show on Friday with everyone shooting for the extra cash.
In the Insigner Performance Modifieds, Craig Von Dohren returned to victory lane last week to further solidify his place on the top of the point standings. Second place in the points Ryan Krachun will be looking to break into victory lane for the first time at Big Diamond and cut into Von Dohren’s lead. The modifieds will be running a 25-lap feature event this Friday.
Doug Hendricks, a four-time winner in the USS Achey Sportsman ranks this season will be looking to get back on track after a dismal for him fifth place finish last week. Hendricks currently leads the points standings over Craig Whitmoyer who will looking for his first win of 2019 in their 20-lap main event.
The always exciting Savage 61 Road Runners will be in action on Friday night taking part in a 20-lap feature race. Chris Holland currently leads the points standings with Shawn Mulhall and Matt Ney nipping at his heels looking to take the top spot in the rankings.
Friday night will also feature an Enduro Dash 50.
Gates will open this Friday at 5:30pm with warmups getting underway at 7:15pm.
General admission for Friday night will be $17 for adults. Senior admission is $15, Kids 11-12 are $10 with kids 10 and under admitted free. Active military with valid ID are also admitted free of charge.
