L’Etoile, JR has had family members race. His father Frank, SR ran in the Tour Type Modified division at Monadnock Speedway and also ran in the Late Model division at Riverside Park Speedway. His grandfather Marcel also ran in the Tour Type Modified division at Riverside Park Speedway. L’Etoile, JR would remember watching the modifieds late at night with Thunderbolt rollercoaster. He would love every second of being there because he was spending time with his family. It was a home away from home as Stafford Motor Speedway has become his home away from home over the last 10 years. ” It’s in my blood and I take a lot of pride in what I do at the race track. For me it’s more of a lifestyle than a hobby.”
With the inaugural N.E. Street Stock Tour happening in 2015, L’Etoile, JR is looking at a couple of the races on the schedule. The one the team has their eyes on is the May 30th race at Seekonk Speedway. They are planning to go to an open practice before the season starts at Stafford Motor Speedway. They are interested in running at Monadnock Speedway on July 11th and at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park for the World Series Of Racing in October. It would depend on how the finances were during the season.
Frank L’Etoile JR’s goals for the season are to finish every race and have fun. ” If you’re not having fun at the race track. You shouldn’t be there.”
