UTICA-ROME SPEEDWAY MAKES SLIGHT RULE CHANGES TO MODIFIED AND OPEN SPORTSMAN DIVISION VERNON, NY- With the start of the 2015 season rapidly closing in, Utica-Rome Speedway officials have made slight rule modifications to the Stampede Steakhouse Modified and Open Sportsman divisions which will be effective immediately. For 2015, in the Stampede Steakhouse Modifieds all small block powered Modifieds must weigh 2,450 pounds while Big Block Modifieds must weigh 2,500 lbs.
